BP Global Fuels Technology (GFT) is the research/testing division of BP Products North America Inc., a part of the
BP group, the world's fifth largest private energy company. GFT-US is responsible for Marketing Product Support, Technical Service, Quality Assurance and Fuels Regulations, ensuring product quality at BP retail locations and for testing the products in hundreds of vehicles to make sure that BP fuels meet or exceed federal, state and municipal mandates for vehicle emission limits and performance standards. GFT also provides multiple fuels training courses each year to staff, third party agencies, automotive technicians and select automotive enthusiast groups.

MISSION STATEMENT

BP Global Fuels Technology (GFT) is committed to providing comprehensive, industry-leading fuels education to automotive technicians and/or others (e.g. students studying automotive technology, car enthusiasts) nationwide through live seminars and online training that addresses vehicle performance applications and current and future industry issues. Training topics include: Gasoline; Diesel; Fuel Production and Refining; and Biofuels.
